Greetings! We are Miki & Lee Finley and we are independent brokers , meaning we work for our customers and not just one insurance company. As local brokers living in the Lewisville area, we will be with you from the time you sign up for Medicare. When you choose either a Medicare Advantage Plan or a Supplement Plan with a stand alone prescription drug plan, we remain here to support your needs for life.

In 1987, we met cruising on Galloway in Mesquite and were married four months later. Thirty-six years later, we are still married, with three children and six wonderful grandchildren.

When you call a toll-free number and enroll over the phone, you’re usually speaking with a call center. That agent may help you sign up—but chances are, that’s the only time you’ll ever talk to them.

When you work with us, it’s different.You will always speak directly with Miki or Lee Finley. We build long-term relationships with our clients and work with them year-round—not just at enrollment. If an issue comes up during the year, you can call us and we’ll help you navigate the situation and find solutions.

We also take the time to help you sign up for Medicare, something many agents don’t offer. In addition, we assist with prescription drug plans, even though many brokers no longer do. In recent years, commissions on prescription drug plans have been  eliminated, which has led many agents to stop helping altogether.

Our philosophy is simple: if you trust us to help with your Medicare Supplement plan, we are happy to help you with your prescription drug plan as well—both when you first enroll in Medicare and every year during Annual Open Enrollment (October 15 – December 7).
